If you know what film that title quotes, my bet is that you are as passionate about the Michael Mann directed MIAMI VICE the film (2006) as I am.
I was reading this retrospective https://www.vulture.com/2021/10/miami-vices-journey-from-misfire-to-masterpiece.html?utm_source=pocket-newtab-global-en-GB of it in Vulture magazine and the thought 'was this the last good action-drama?' flashed across my Marvel damaged brain. Of course it wasn't, the rest of me replied; there have been lots of films of that type that are that good made since. Lots. Yes.
